How to Rent?

(1) Choose a Plan: Select your preferred rental plan on the product details page.
(2) Confirm Order: Verify the product, rental period, fees, and delivery address before proceeding.
(3) Identity Verification: Upload your ID and complete facial recognition for secure transactions.
(4) Pay Deposit: Submit the reduced deposit via a partnered payment provider.
(5) Sign Auto-Debit Contract: Sign the contract with auto-debit enabled for seamless future rental fee payments.
(6) Order Review: The platform will review your order; upon approval, the vendor ships the product.
(7) Receive & Use: Check the delivered product upon receiving the logistics notification for any issues, then start using it.
(8) Return at Expiry: When the rental period ends, schedule a courier pick-up for return.

How to Receive Your Order

Once your rental order is successfully placed, we will deliver the product to the shipping address you provided at checkout. If your delivery location requires access permissions (e.g., apartments or residential complexes), please include property management contacts or a valid phone number in the order notes to facilitate smooth delivery. Upon receiving the order, please carefully inspect the product to ensure it is in good condition. If there are any issues, contact our customer service immediately for assistance.


How to Return the Product?

Before the rental period expires, we will send you a reminder via SMS to prepare for the return. You can choose one of the following return methods: Schedule your own courier service and ship the product back to our designated return address. Once the return is successfully completed, you can check the return status in your order details page.


Why is Identity Verification Required?

Identity verification is a critical measure to protect the rights and interests of both you and other users. On one hand, it ensures rental services are only provided to users who meet the legal age requirement and have full civil capacity, minimizing potential disputes. On the other hand, by verifying your identity, we can effectively prevent fraudulent activities, protect your account security, and prevent unauthorized use of your identity for rentals. Moreover, identity verification complies with the legal and regulatory requirements of Southeast Asian countries, contributing to a healthy and orderly development of the rental market. Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for necessary rental procedures. It will not be disclosed to third parties.


How is the Rental Period Calculated?

The rental period begins on the day after you receive the product (normally the day after the courier delivery; any delays in receipt due to user factors will be counted within the rental period). For example, if you sign for the product at 3 PM on May 1 with a 7-day rental period, the rental period will begin at 00:00 on May 2 and end at 24:00 on May 8. For early returns or extensions due to special circumstances, please contact customer service before the rental period ends. We will handle the request based on the actual situation. Early returns will not result in a refund of the paid rental fees, and extending the rental period will require payment of the applicable renewal fee as per platform regulations.
